About the event
"Footwork Principles" - The key to Breaking are its principles that stem from its performance values. In my workshop I will explain, demonstrate and of course start to cultivate the work on dimensions and spatial awareness And control. Besides experimenting with move vocabulary I will train some very effective conditioning technique with my students that leads to more core strength and a better weight bearing.
